Good job OP! Don't get discouraged. Look at motivation stuff if that's your thing. As gay as it sounds I made a lurker Instagram and subscribed to a bunch of fitness pages. It's actually annoying and full of gross Stacies showing off their asses, but scrolling through it helps me a little, for meals and stuff too.

If anyone has other recommendations for this type of thing I would be interested since Instagram is full of the worst kind of normies

Like seriously, dieting can be really difficult, but I believe in you. Don't be discouraged if you weigh yourself and your weight has gone up and don't be discouraged if you can't keep your healthy habits all the time. It is a long journey, but a worthwhile one.

My breakfast usually consists of oatmeal and two sandwiches. Dinner is mostly pasta and tuna. Would this work? It will probably hurt in the beginning as I'll probably feel like I'm starving but will it work?

Alright. I don't know about the amount, I think I eat pretty normal, might take a little bit too much on the plate. I guess I could cut down on the portions and stick to the times. Might take an apple in-between to not get too hungry.
