Both, neither. Depends on how much of a natural loner you are

I enjoy time spent alone more than time spent with people 90% of the time, so being with people I don't like is simply horrible to me

But I can imagine how different peoppe might want more social contact, enough to have to bear through bad social contact

Back when I was in college I managed to make some friends. They were turbo normies and boring as fuck so I started avoiding them after a while, but now I realize that having boring friends is better than having no one.
I haven't talked to anyone (except one cashier) for two months and I want to kill myself. I miss my friends and I want off this ride.
