I would tend to disagree with this. Being a good mother is NOT being a NEET. There's a difference between "taking care of your children" and "sticking them infront of the computer/tv while you do nothing productive". Maintaining a good looking and fully functioning household is not easy when you have other people living there that don't also work on maintaining it. Retirees are their own thing as well.

In the west, we used to simply call NEETs lazy bums, or freeloaders.

I have been neet for 8 years
For a period of time I almost didn't go outside, my personal record is 3 month of staying inside my house, I also never had work.

But hopefully my neetnes is going to end soon, I lost quite a bit o weight recently and started going outside regularly by night.
