This is just too tiring. I'm trying my fucking best to improve myself but to no avail. I try to work out as often as possible but still nothing. Do I just give up?

Talking isn't the problem. It's the YOU being out of school and likely not having a job part that's making you lonely. That's temporary. It would help if you got a job or a hobby or something. Football, higher education, fucking smoking weed with your drug dealer is even a great way to make friends.
