OP here. so we took a bus and accompanied her home. we had a few topics like art and academics and a quiet ride home. she did try and initiate some topics but I think she's okay with us being barren for she knows we're the quiet type. I did look into her eyes to make me look authentic and not tense but I doubt she didnt notice. I did apologize for not getting her a seat in the bus but I don't think that was necessary
