I take the whole thing. I tried taking 2 at once but I just ended up feeling really tired and groggy. One of the white bar things does me just fine.

I'm not a degenerate or anything who likes abusing his xanax. This stuff is the only reason I'm able to go to the supermarket and buy ramen without shuddering in fear of other people and how they perceive me. It just calms my mind.

I have the same problem. I actually bought 2 cases of MREs recently so I don't have to go to the dining commons.
I stopped going because I was too anxious to go so I've been losing a ton of weight.
