There was a girl in my high school who was like this, not many people gave her noticable shit. I think everyone noticed it though. I honestly think she did it just because she could never be arsed to think it, im pretty sure she doesnt do it any more. I would imagine its the same for you.

Many people have this problem due to accent, maybe try looking up youtube videos. Practice, practice, practice.

It's probably a speech impediment, I have the same. Usually it's not that big a deal, people that I'm unfamiliar with might have trouble figuring out what I'm saying, but I usually just have to repeat it slower.

No one cares. Lots of English people pwonounce r as w. I've known a lot of euwopeans who were leawning English and even pwonounced r as air. If it pawticulawly bothors you find a speech thewapist or twy and pwactice placing youw tongue until you get it wight.

The RA sound isn't even hard. There's literally a position you put your tongue in to do it. You bend in up into the far back of your mouth. You're not putting it back far enough, giving you the WA sound. It's sort of like the LA sound but again, further back.
