Reminder to brush your teeth. I just looked into the mirror and found some tiny black spots on a couple of my teeth, also some weirdly colored spots. I try to brush my teeth regularly, but it's hard to remember when you're a garbage neet like myself. I don't want my teeth to rot away and I'm afraid to go the dentist.

You don't even know how bad it gets. Thanks to a botched braces job I lost enamel on every single one of my teeth at ~14. It's been a very slow crumbling away ever since then. Right now I have no molars and damage to every single tooth. No amount of brushing can actually fix this problem but rather only slow it. To get an entire mouth of implants costs ~$50k American.
If you're fortunate to where all you have to do to avoid a fate like this is brush your teeth, then brush your damn teeth. This is no fun.

My uncle went to Poland to get his teeth done.
It cost like $3000 and he had them all done in a day.
He didn't have any problems with his teeth since the operation. Only drawback was that he couldn't eat for like 3 days.
