It hurts alot, but it depends which part of your body getting tattooed. Forearm tattoos hurt a lot less than tattoos near your stomach or ribs.

You'll be pretty bored cuz the tattoo artists tend to not talk a lot when doing their work

In my experience the only actual pain is right at the start it stings a fair bit but then it immediately just turns into a dull steady burn and you just try not to think about it and look out the window. It's pretty easy just daydream and you won't feel it that bad
