I'm trying to think but I stop mid thought. I imagine a lot of stupid shit all the time. I embarrass myself. I get a headache. I have things to do but I'm not doing them. I'm annoyed by tv commercials

I'm ok, bit of a headache. Crocheting some coffee cozies and watching sparticus.
But in general today I did a water change on my fish tanks, cleaned my dragons tanks compleatly and cleaned the entire kitchen.
I made meatloaf,mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and garlic bread for dinner. I really like garlic bread so I was pretty much the only one who wanted any.

There is a long explanation for how I'm doing tonight but basically really fucking bad

I finally moved out of my dads place into my own pad with electricity, gas, internet and a nice couch when I was 24. On disability.

I couldn't handle being alone all the time. I'm having constant anxiety attacks so now I'm moving in with my sister and her 3 sons.

If things don't improve I'll be a full-time inpatient at the nearest mental ward or I'll be hanging from the end of an electrical cable.
