Sup lads. Not sure if anyone remembers but at one point about a few weeks ago I posted I used a pumice stone on my face to get rid of some acne scars.

After the initial horrendous skin peeling and stingy face which lasted about a week, it's healed up and actually flattened a lot of the acne scars, making my face a lot more even with the otherside.

All in all it worked, but I wouldn't reccomend doing it unless you really want too. It caused me a lot of pain for the first week, skin peeled everywhere and it was itchy and hurt like a fucker. I looked like a badly sun-tanned person except their were scratches all over my face. It also tore a big chunk of skin off the side of my nose, but it's grown back and looks fine.

I honestly don't know how my Dad has put up with her for so long.

I can't wait till I move out. I just need to get another job and save up for 2 years then I can rent my own place.

Energy isnt really a problem

It's not getting fat for me

I go running in the early morning to avoid people
I alternate between steady, longer runs and shorter hiit sessions. I run over grass or shingle

overall around 3 times aweek averaging around 3 hrs

I also throw in some basic body weight excerises and work with a basic dumbell set (it goes up to 30 kg) (currently managing 15 kg per dumbell)
I do those in my room twice a week

Other than that I am now watching what I eat alot more which has changed the amount of energy I have.

also adjusting my sleep (so I could run early) has set a good schedule for me so I get consistant sleep which helps my energy levels too

Just got back from Cuba. Mentioned this month's ago. Came back feeling quite humbled and more grateful for what I have.

Cycling, swimming, rowing machine in a gym or cross trainer. All have no impact on you really. Should get a bike lad and come for a ride with the boys.

you could do both tbf but its up to you at the end of the day. you could be a healthy weight, have muscle definition, and have more energy and discipline.

i dont really mind if someone does lift to look better. i just hate the community in general, what they advocate, and how they make people feel dis-empowered because they dont fit their standards; they are projecting their insecurities.
