OP here. the thing is that it's usually varies person by person. I think I have some malabsorbtion issues which is why I benefit a lot from taking large doses of vitamins. Unless you're deficient I doubt it would do anything. But if you are deficient it will probably do a lot like it seemingly has to me.

I have big anxiety problems too and since taking this the only time I have felt this relaxed is when I tried xanax once

It helps some people but not everyone. It solves a problem and if you don't have that problem, it won't help. You can get genetic testing done first to see if you might benefit from it. The gene in question is called MTHFR and there are various different types of mutations that can lead to robotism.

Uh B12 is involved in anaemia and such and it's pretty hard to be deficient in b12 unless you're a vegan. True symptoms of anaemia can be fatiuge, foggy mind etc but this will provide little benefit based on what i know.

Niacin (B3) might benefit you though, but maybe not taken orally..

a b12 overdose virtually doesn't exist anon. There's a reason that these pills contain 2000% of the daily recommended value, because having more doesn't really hurt you

b12 is water soluble so you piss out any excess b12 in your body, you could eat your whole bottle of b12 vitamins and be fine although you would probably have nasty shits

If you found that supplementing mb12 has helped you, you might want to try other supplements such as methylfolate, adb12 and l-carnitine. I use them to treat my depression/fatigue/brain fog and Im pretty happy with the results. So glad I never hopped on antidepressants like my doctor suggested.

If supplementing b12 has helped you, than research "freddd's protocol" on phoenixrising forums. It might change your life

Also, country life b12 seems to be more effective for most people compared to jarrows and it's more teeth friendly.
