I assume it is. I can't pinpoint exactly where it all went wrong. I can guess during my middle school years when I turned to computer games and spent less time with my brothers. But he showed signs of "nigger tantrum" when he was around his friends and often got into fights. But still, I was too much of a wus to break up their fights, I honestly thought it was just playing around the way they did it.

But then over time It became clear he was at the point of no return. I haven't genuinely spoken to him in the same house in almost 6 years. I found the article on him just now and it looks like he'll be in prison for a long long time.

Pirating is mostly a civil matter, so the cops wouldn't be involved. Instead, you would get a letter from a lawyer.

The only exception is for criminal copyright infringement -- and about the only way you'll get arrested for that is if you're operating a shop with 50 DVD burners, putting fake labels on them, and selling them for cash in significant volume.

growing up around these types of hard people and successful people, i don't think in the end none of it matters. some people are genetically and environmentally predisposed to violence (anger problems, hostile environment such as school and home) and crime and all of that shit like behaviours that lead to success, however, whilst that's is true, hope isn't lost for your brother if he doesn't get convicted. i think if it was my brother, i would show up to wherever he is with a bat and bash his friends' heads and then his. boys don't tend to learn until they get hit in their face, me included. i can't see a gangbanger understanding anything other than banging it out in a fist fight.
