By IGNORING someone giving a comment indicating that the person in question is the kind of a person you do not want to have anything to do with. Ostracism does not only mean, that a whole pack of people, like students in a school class are systematically ignoring someone time after time, it also refers to the way people ignore and shut out sudden by passers to the point of not responding to them even if they were asked to help, or the way people ignore sudden commentators in the internet for being wrong type of people. Social ostarcism is in the human blood and we do it all the time.
