I think you have to downgrade the steam version to 1.0 to be able to use mods

As someone who has GTA:SA on Steam, yeah you need to replace the .exe in there with a 1.0 .exe in order to use mods.

I just need to find an .exe to use, since I'm not on my usual computer.
