Do what the guy said, download an Ubuntu desktop iso, use Rufus to make a bootable usb, plug it into pc and turn on pc, should boot to ubuntu, copy file from HDD to usb and use on another pc

If it don't boot to usb, then go into bios and tell it to, Google how to do it if you don't know how, pretty simple
