I got on 20mg of lexapro and it didn't do anything for me. I even bumped it up to 40 mg and it still didn't do shit except make me not able to cum. I feel like I need to get prescribed Xanax or some shit. I can't even buy groceries without having a panic attack.

Well in freelancing you can do a bunch of stuff (graphic design, video editing, writing, coding and a lot lot more) for people online, you can earn well. You have to do stuff sitting at home from your computer so there's no IRL interaction required, you have to have a specific skill though. It's very rewarding

I started taking 10mg of paxil 6 or 7 days ago. The social anxiety is almost not there except with things I feel really sensible about. Also I miss masturbating so much but at the same time I've been trying to lay off porn for so long this might be good for me. I am kind for worried about the testosterone loss though

I've recently started getting mental help and my psychiatrist is clinical as fuck and it isn't their job to listen to your problems, it's their job to ask the right questions and get to a diagnosis for you so that you can get on medication that helps in conjunction with therapy. You're therapist willl let you talk your entire session if you keep going

If the one prescribed doesn't work, you can always try another one or a different class of antidepressants
Older antidepressants (tricyclic) have more pronounced side effects than newer one (SSRI). Some side effects will disappear after days or weeks, other will last as long as you take the meds.
If it works positively you will feel more calm or things will look less tragic. I find that sometimes they can blunt both positive and negative emotions.
