I have every single problem you guys do but if I go outside and move around a lot and push my body I don't. Are you just lazy?

NOOOOOOOORRRRMIIIEE
GEEEEET OOOOOOOOOUT
>>35919126
most people here are neet's with severe anxiety. Going out and moving a lot takes a lot of mental energy

exercise is not a miracle, but it's surprisingly close. even if you hate doing it, you should make sure to do it regularly. nobody enjoys brushing their teeth, but everyone still does it.

Lucky you. Just even the slightest physical exertion results in exhaustion for me and feeling more miserable.

Same here but I drink smoke pot and do stims and I go walking without even thinking about and just take deep breaths of nature and it feels fuckijg amazing
Well, going outside for a walk always inspired me and to this day, makes me feel a little bit better.
Like, listening to the wind, the trees, the local fauna, specially the birds. It's relaxing, makes you realize the beauty of nature, and the beauty of what men made, the buildings, big and small, can be pretty to look at.
And then I get stabbed and robbed because I'm in a fucking third world country were food is ten times more expensive than bleach.
Mom's basement is safe. I don't want to go out and die.
I exercise every day, and go to martial arts three times a week.
Still want to kill myself.

Exercise isn't the same as messing around outdoors
>>35919783
Does running and swimming count? Or are you limiting this to activity that involves friends?
Because if so, I think your analysis has misclassified the main factor.
>>35919858
Idk the fun I'm talking about is usually walking around with my friends and messing with shit and running from people
It's so crazy and fun it's wayndifferent than forcing yourself to get exercise and doing it alone is hell

>my friends
Ding ding ding. Another mystery solved.
I started biking. There is this ideal village road that leads to a river and since its out of town there is very little traffic, no turns, just straight flat road. Takes me exactly one hour to go there and back, something like 15 miles. Ideal to put a comfy podcast on or some music that gets you hype.
I do it to lose a bit of weight but I primarily do it because I found that it makes me feel not depressed for two hours after it, and onwards its up to me to sustain that. Literally the same way you don't feel lonely after you masturbate for a bit.
Been going for 3 days in a row now, hope I don't lose motivation.

It doesn't happen anymore all my friends left and I'm stuck here alone i force myself to go on solo walks and hang out with people I don't like but damn. Nothing will compare to when I was laughing constsntlynwith my friends andnrunning around.

So to recap, your argument is: the solution to being friendless is to have friends. It worked great for me back when I had friends. Now that I don't have friends anymore, it's not working so good.
Five star thread Norman, seriously.

No I'm friendless now and exercise and fresh air literally makes me feel 100 times less depressed and keeps away my creepy thoughts. Literally fresh air is all I need for that it helps a lot but i live in a place where it's winter for 8 months

Well, tell me how you're holding up after 10 years of this.
