I would go look for a nice (but affordable hoodie) and some type of windbreaker. Maybe a sandcolored hoodie and a plain black coach jacket. It can give you that tshirt+bomber aestethic but in a different way. It also has the potential to be pretty cheap

Alternatively, i'm a fan of wearing "skinny" fitting flannels open with a plain white tee under. You can get a cheap white tee anywhere, and if you get yourself different color flannels then you can rotate those
