Call centre anon here. It's all to do with me getting a team leader who thought that I'm not doing a good enough job and it eventually lead to me going on a formal performance management and extra coaching sessions. The first one was fair enough because I'll admit I was a careless bludger. The second one was an extension of the first which is it's own story. I recently had the third one and basically resigned before it was over. The third one had some pretty bullshit reasons in my opinion.

What I did wrong? Stuff like telling customers the wrong info about the products we sold. We are also measured and have pages worth of stats called KPI's. And I had my fair share of stats that I wasn't meeting. When they mass email those numbers to us they show our numbers together and I felt like I was holding my own.
