You need to get professional testing. Real IQ measures your mental age/real age, not your ability to solve puzzles and identify patterns.

But these aren't extensive, self-contained, normed tests. You could get maybe a rough estimate by doing a bunch and taking your average score. Better to just do a professionally administered one however.
