On and off, I have phases where i just stop. Currently 2 weeks off them but was probably gonna stay off them for a few months. Cant afford them anyway

I started getting chest pains, went in to have an ECG done and it came out normal. Turns out it was anxiety and panic attacks causing muscle spasms and chronic muscle tension.
