Pretty much me right now. Last thursday while watching some crime documentaries in the early morning I took off my headphones, heard an extremely high pitched white noise/static sound in my ears and now my hearing seems fucked and I have that constant shitty high pitched sound. Driving me nuts desu.

Got it when I was 11. So it's been 14 years so far.

If you got it recently, it may slowly fade with time. Mine was incredibly sharp its two years or so, then chilled out to the point that I "forget" I have it until it's exceedingly quiet or it just kicks back into overdrive.

First tip: don't listen to loud music like a faggot. Listen to music, but if you can't hear the outside world at all, you're just killing your ears.

I have it really had in my left ear because my mother would scream right into it up close.

It can get bad for weeks at a time so much so I have trouble sleeping. Other times I never notice it.

Thinking about how cool Noise Marines are from 40k kinda helps me from getting frustrated about it
