I'm not gunna play 20 questions with you, but I've been seeing shrinks my entire life and they are, almost always, completely fucking useless.

Skip around and try different ones if you don't feel like you're "clicking" with them, but also realize they aren't there to solve your problems. They're there to try and help guide you through solving them yourself so you can do it again later in life.

how do you know she is lying and what do you suspect she is lying about?

you should probably stop going if you're unsure. therapy is expensive and if you don't know thatn it's helping you, then it's probably not

Most Psychiatrists are just drug pushers anyway. If they keep trying to sell you on SSRI's (especially one that you've already taken and know they just zombify you), then you're probably best going elsewhere.

seriously though, if there's a problem with women in society then there's an argument to construct to support your view. looking at reddit screenshots about women doing something wrong and using that to validate your belief that women are evil and fuel your irrational hatred and anger isn't constructive and makes you look like an idiot more than it makes women look bad

Mine is just an older fat guy who listens and tells me I'm fucked up. But I can make him laugh, and he listens well enough. I don't think he thought we would ever have any sort of breakthrough ever until about 14 months in i went in there and broke down.
