ITT:Life-improvement thread
Please do the following:
Keep your nails trimmed
Bathe regularly
Clean your dwelling, esp. crumbs of food ant the like
Show appreciation for your clothes by folding them nicely
Bathe regulary
Bruch your teeth atleast twice a day
LIFT, ive noticed shills posing as robots say its pointless, well its not
Oh, and normies communicate through constant projecting...they expect you to know this....

normies talk in codes and riddles but if you call them out they will accuse you of having delusions of reference though some normies atleast are sensitive to this esp. ones who work in mental health
Normies will only like you if you are muscular, LIFT DAMN IT
yes, they are this fucked up. halo effect is a bitch.
And when you lift, do push ups, wall pushups, squats etc keep your limb straight, dont let it spread out. thats why you arent getting buff.

Lifting is literally only useful if you're tall
If you're not above average height, no one will care whether or not you're buff
And lifting is also only good so that lanklets are not skinny lanklets.
i have been bullet journaling and writing down things like shave, cut nails, lift. not because i need a reminder but more because i feel like i need something to feel like i've achieved something with my day. it's pretty small steps. when i was depressed just getting out of bed and doing some laundry was a success but now i have a part time job, volunteer.. it just feels like worthless patter. maintenance of a life barely worth living. there's no friends, there's no pride in anything.
i've recently adopted a skin care routine and that makes me feel good. i feel like routine may be the way to go. a dedicated hour each day to listening to music, a dedicated 5 minutes to planning the day ahead.
i dunno. just felt like i've hit a wall with progress. my advice would be to throw out clothes that don't make you feel good.
/fit/bot here, if anyone needs any help getting started in lifting just AMA
Feeling pretty awful today but maybe tomorrow will be better, or maybe the day after

I kinda feel you man. Once you've got the physical stuff down I'd get into the mental shit, try and figure out what's really holding you back
>>35864986
Better to have progressed and hit a wall than to not have gone anywhere in the first place
>>35864963
stop being negative

thank for your effort
>>35864986
