Age is relative for the most part, OP.

You're going to go your whole life thinking that life passed you by. At 20, you'll think you squandered your teens, at 30, you'll think you squandered your 20s, at 40, you'll think you'll squandered your 30s, etc.

The only exceptions to this are extreme youth (under 10) and extreme old age (usually over 70). Those are the objective thresholds. Everything in between that is relative.

Just forget about your age. It doesn't matter that much.

Pay attention to the things that make you feel good and slowly do more and more of those things.

I'm almost 22 and in the same boat. However school was a pain from a.d.d. So getting adderall prescribed and going back to college. Also porn addiction makes me hate myself and causes me to wanna hermit. Once I finally get past these things It'll make it much easier for me to grow up and move on with my life.
