as long as you brush your teeth when you have them on so you dont get those shitty white spots when they are removed then its worth.

I'm 21 and have braces on rn, about done with them but

After like 17 if you get braces people find it odd but it's not a rare thing, plus if your teeth are bad there could be serious issues with them in the future much less them looking good

But you also gotta consider that they're really expensive and not usually covered under any universal health care if you don't live in the land of the "free"

They are worth it imo, it just depends if the sacrifices are worth it for the time you have them
