Robots, I need your professional opinion. I'm a recovering NEET, pretty old now, virgin, getting shit together, but really far behind everyone else at my age. Getting over my depression and anxiety with meds and therapy but not quite there yet. I lost a lot of weight so I look okay except that I have huge ugly stretch marks and flabby skin.
Is it worth trying to date at this point? I'm met at least two who were interested but I turned them down because I wasn't "ready". Should I go for it or just ignore all women for a year or two until I get my shit totally under control?

They were, but they didn't know much about me. I met them in meetup groups and their attention was obvious enough that I knew they were interested, so I just stopped going. If they actually got to know me or just saw how I looked naked I'm not sure they'd stay interested.
