when you want to, immediately begin doing something else. masturbate, socialize, exercise, anything to occupy you and make the urge go away. after enough time has passed, the urges will become less frequent and less intense. once you have things under control, just never do it again. you may think you have the self-control to do it once after some weeks or months, but you don't.
