Not really. Women are most fertile when they have passed puberty. Every year after this their fertility declines. The problem with studies is, that they only start at age 19-20 and couple those with 25-26, leading them to be able to misleadingly conclude that female fertility peaks at age 25.

The girl in op pic is too young but I think teenage girls are the most attractive, specifically ages 13-16. I'd never ever pursue girls in that age range but I still believe they are more consistently attractive than any other category.
