Well, there's always self-help. There are books and websites out there which can tell what a therapist would tell you, but it's a lot harder to do it on your own. I'd start by looking into cognitive-behavioral therapy if I were you.

No I'm buying diazepam, same name, same brand. You realize vendors on tor have reviews right? If someone was " scamming " or selling shit product they wouldn't have so many positive reviews and constant sales. Also, if I was ever sold a sugar pill I'd of course know as I wouldn't feel any effects.

Besides that, how am I trusting some random in India? I live in a 1st world country and order strictly domestic, everything is the same pharmaceutical quality and brand. I've even used a regent test kit on pills before purely for my own curiosity.

Regardless, I know how benzos work and I know what i'm purchasing is valium based off the effects, I also know it works exactly the same as Diazepam you would purchase from a pharmacy. Why? Because it is the same.

psychiatrist and psychologists feel validated when they diagnose an illness. if you list off the the textbook symptoms then he'll give the text book diagnosis and then think about how great he is since it was easy to diagnose you.
this doesn't work for non-mental illnesses since medical doctors can tell if you're faking the symptoms, if they catch you it will go down on your medical record and you won't be able to Dr shop. but people usually fake non-mental illnesses for opiates.
