I'm in the uk and If i go to a doctor with a legitimate mental issue i can get all my medication for 8 a month assuming i'm in work and can be refferred to therapy/psychiatrists for free with no extra cost.

Being in the NHS cost me around 60 total over last year. I had a psychotic break as a teenager and was diagnosed as Manic Depressive, as i was considered a suicide risk for 2/3 years i was on meds and had psychiatric home visits twice a week. It cost nothing aside from basic national insurance.
