I'm a skelly and even went to the gym to try to bulk up. I'm now 145 lbs at 5'11" and can only lift lmao1pl8 but at least I'm not totally weak. Most of the girls I've been with have either weighed more than me or around the same. Don't give up hope bro.

I eat beakfast,lunch and dinner + sandwitches and cornflakes inbetween and I'm 185cm 56kg
I just finished a whole pizza + spring roll + banana + yogurt. I don't pretend to have a Chad phisique but a normal weight would be nice

I eat Mcdonald and fast for for every single meal as well as chips and soda all day. I also have a job where I sit around all day but I'm 6ft and barely 150. What must I do
