How much adderall do I have to take to be considered "high on speed"?

I usually take 30mg a day, but I only started two month ago, so I don't have a huge tolerance

I would double up.. take 60mgs, 30 makes you feel normal or cut it in half at 45 save the other half. Just what I would do. But eat it yeah, thats how it was designed. Snorting is a faster onset but shorter duration. If youve ever rolled, you were eating meth untop of MDMA. So yeah just eat it.
