I'm still here, still rocking.
Haven't stopped going to the gym, in fact, I now go six times a week and also do cardio.
I've completely changed my diet and I'm now a healthy motherfucker.
My body and mind feel a thousand times better, exercise is not a meme.
Still gotta find a job, though, but I'm positive.
My perspective on life is changing, there's hope for everyone.
Pic related for context.
>there's hope for everyone
lol
Good for you. But this board isn't healthy so I hope you leave.
We can all make it bro

Good job DS, I'm currently trying to turn my life around after my first real break up.
Only thing I really do other than work is bowl 4 or 5 days a week but I guess that's all better than lying in bed all day

I felt the same when I started fit.
I went back to school and graduated but reality came crushing down to me when I noticed that all the work outs in the world won't make my face less ugly and I didn't get a job either cause I am still socially awkward as fk.

Now if only you could grant us the motivation and will to perform such a drastic change.

Motivation doesn't last, discipline does.
But here's a video of the greatest man on earth which might give you a spark

I can't stress this enough. Use motivation to kickstart something but be disciplined about it, make it a part of your daily life so that something feels wrong if you skip workout/studying/reading one day.

Yes, life is a bitch, nothing new.
I believe the key to never get crushed by the pressure is to keep moving, the direction doesn't matter, but move.
Work on your social skills, stay fit, study archaeology, get mad juggling skills, WHATEVER, but don't stop.
Doing nothing is the trap I fell in, thanks to depression, and I think most of you know what a horrible feeling it is to be dead inside, wanting nothing, expecting nothing.
Thing is, how the fuck do you start the engine again once you're at the bottom.
Everyone has a different mindset, but personally, I just did it.
Don't wait for inspiration, a sign, a change. Just do it, one step at a time.
Oh, and that little voice that tells you:
>Who cares. It means nothing. Why put the effort.
Shut it down.
Godspeed to you, Dick Strokes, you brave anon.

You are absolutely right. It is very nice to see you realizing these truths. I hope your example can be an encouragement to other robots.
