I am 5'3 and i did consider doing this to grow like 3 inches. I live in Germany and in Munich is a facility called ZEM Germany which belong to the leading medical facilities that specialize in that kind of surgery. You can let your thighs and shinbone break and then stretched to gain up to 4 inches additional height each. After they have cut through your bone they plant in a device that you controll by remote and widens the gap between your healing bones by a few millimeters each day. Ofc the more height you gain by this method the higher the risks get.

I think the problem is that you gain all the height in your calves from the looks of it... 3 inches in the calves will make your legs alone look strange. The issues of balance and probably ending up with fucked up bones probably isn't worth it.

Also the arms torso looks fine still... but the arms to body length looks weird now too. Most men have a reach about 1" within their height. This throws that off a lot, because the hanging down arms aren't your reach. Your arms end up looking 2 inches too short or so.
