Depression is an existential problem, finding a reason to live in such a complex and unforgiving world is a legit question. Most people don't think about it and of course your biology denies you but you cant let it get to your head. Anti depressants might help. Other drugs will bring you so low you didn't realize the true hell your life can be. I like weed but even that makes my problems worse. Really think about the things you like and try and do them. Just keep watching and playing whatever, eat good food, go for walks. If your an incel fuck a prostitute. Your Serotonin is probably so low that you convinced your self nothing makes you happy or relaxed but you can find it If you look.
