What people who are not sociable have in their heads? Why

my philosophy is you can always say more, but you can never say less. Think about it, do you really listen to that one person that can never shut up? After a while their words lose their value.
Listening is just as important as talking

I realized today that when I actually relax, I can be pretty outgoing.

Usually, I am thinking about what the other person is saying and relating it to my own experience on the subject. I find that expressing an opinion that they do not want to hear doesn't end well. So, I listen.
