Eat raw beef? I think that's safe. I don't think it can kill you like chicken but there's also the possibility that you don't get sick. But I'm not sure how sick you actually get.

You could simulate food poisoning by taking a laxative and ny self inducing vomiting. If you do this for a day, it would be like being ill. It probably isn't very safe, but better than actually getting sick with something
