What the fuck? Really? Really???

I've been punishing my body mercilessly with junkfood, beer and pills for years, never exercise and change my sleep schedule around on its head on a whim all of the time and i'm healthy?

Honestly, I always assumed I had ruined my body but this news kinda makes me want to get healthier.

Those people usually only eat junk food and a ton of it. It's not that hard to reach such high amounts of calories if you do that. However, if someone weighs 600+lbs they aren't just fat but also retaining a lot of liquid
