I have an interview tomorrow at 3:30. It's only supposed to be 30 minutes, but I'm still scared as fuck. Anyone have advice on how to take it? I'm extremely socially inept.
take a couple shots and let it ride
Ask yourself the non technical questions like your weaknesses, and why you want to work there etc.. and maintain I contact with yourself in the mirror while answering

Am I supposed to constantly maintain eye contact with the interviewer? I already struggle with that
If it's a skype/phone interview, I find a good way to reduce stress is to read something out loud (like, really loud. Borderline shouting) while you're waiting for the call. If it's an in person interview, don't turn up early. Keep walking, keep breathing, until it's time to go in.
Mind you, I haven't gotten a job yet, so there's that.

Don't stare daggers at him and be creepy, but look him in the eye while talking to him. Don't stare at the floor or the wall behind him

Why do normies make things so difficult? What's wrong with "Look at your interlocutor" or "don't look at your interlocutor". Why does it have to be "Look at your interlocutor, but not too much, (unless the situation demands it, of course, then look more), and don't forget to be yourself"?

Where else am I supposed to stare if not the floor or behind him?
