If you are honestly eating a large amount of calories every day and not gaining wight you should talk to a doctor. If you just want weight and don't care about muscle I'd recommend milkshakes, if they cant make you gain weight you have an issue.

I was skele mode for years, then I just added Joylent which is one of those meal replacement drinks like Soylent or something. If you drink it with milk its like an extra 500 calories per drink.
I went from 135 lbs to 175 in about six months.
I'm also a skelly with a fast metabolism. I'm thinking about trying GOMAD when I get laid off from work in a few months. My goal is to get my body fat down and put on about 15lb of muscle. Apparently some people have really good success with it and they say you can put on up to 25lb a month. Not looking forward to gaining all the fat from it, but after I get my weight up, I'll try to start cutting I guess.
