For the meme, i'm a communist. But in reality i'm a libertarian socialist. Which sounds like a contradiction, but it is more directed at state and local governance having more power.

Businesses can still be made, but the individual businesses are owned by the workers at said business. Businesses are regulated at a local and state level. The federal government would only be there for military, foreign policy, major macroeconomic decisions, and basic laws and rights.

Thats my understanding/take at least. But I agree, many just argue over who our master should be (government or businessmen)

So yes, its still federalism, but the private sector is run more like a democracy than it currently is, which is more similar to a monarchy or dictatorship within the business.
