Fairly loud so I can hear it clearly. I downloaded the sound file and looped it from my phone with my headphones on.
One less effective way of doing it, but still pretty comfy was to play it from speakers near my bed. Had to get up once though to lower the bass volume a bit, but it was alright. I could roll around freely like that. It might feel a bit weird for the first minute, but after that you will kind of forget you are even listening to it and feel super comfy.

i'd recommend phone speakers with the phone near your head.

also VLC app is good for it because it has a sleep setting so u can make it shut off after a few hours.

yea i listen to asmr. my s/o rags on me for it because its weird. and i dont deny that it is weird. cant actually get tingles tho.

they actually live in another state. when they come to visit i dont listen to it because its weird. but when theyre gone i do. just puts me to sleep.
