Any will work. If you've got a guard on it, it'll be extremely hard to cut yourself, even if you were trying to. Just grab a cheap one, maybe with a small head and a sideways trimmer blade might help

The wiping is not because of your hair, it's coming from inside your butt. It's known as the sharpie effect.

You have to wipe inside your butt. Stick some TP up there a few times. Then try wiping again. You will notice a huge difference. This simple trick will lower your wiping time by 200% at least.

I recommend shaving ass. it's not like shaving your pubes, you don't feel it much as it grows back except that the ebb of ass sweat with begin to return with a vengeance. I use a regular razor, squat in the shower and run it over my cheeks and buttcrack avoiding the hole because it's puckered and I don't want to get a fold stuck between the blades.
I am known in my family for using a lot of toilet paper and I often clog the toilet, but since shaving my ass my consumption has gone down 25%.
