Mine would always use the excuse 'well you gotta be prepared to come in any and every day up until 9pm, NO EXCEPTIONS' and then call me pretty much an hour before the shifts would start because she wanted to go home. I didn't mind much because I made mad cash for overtime but holy shit 6/7 days a week is brutal.

I knew a guy who used to work as a some kind of a security guard/handyman combined for a bigger retail store and the highlight of his daily job was consistently taking pictures of little girls with his phone and masturbating to them later at home. Retail is fun if you have the properly ironical, somewhat self-deprecating mindset for it. What's not fun is the pay.
