>lost 60lbs last year
>got eating under control and wasn't hungry and stated having normal portions
>got down to 196lbs in October
>wasn't ready for winter
>started eating and drinking more
>gained 10lb after Christmas and a further 6lbs in Jan

still kinda happy because I lost weight before and put it all back on over 3 months, from october to now I have gained 16lb and kept it stable

need to lose 46lb to be at goal weight

I think I have learned enough now how to do it properly and keep my weight stable, I don't want to be on a diet for the rest of my life I just want to eat normal food and be satisfied with the portions
