Ever since I've started taking amitriptyline I've barely had a sex drive or a boner. Even watching porn doesn't really get me aroused unless I force it.

Is this a bad sign? I haven't jacked off in like 2 weeks and I just stopped caring. I don't wanna get low T.

To put in context I didn't jack off multiple times everyday like most posters on here before I took it (around 2/3 months ago), just maybe three times a week.

I guess it would've helped to note I'm not taking it for depression I use it for chronic abdominal pain.

No. I've had this for over seven months and my GI sent me to a pain specialist that just referred to it as visceral abdominal pain and prescribed me lyrica along with it, but the issue I'm having has been with me since I used the amitriptyline 3ish months ago. I got the lyrica maybe 3 weeks ago.

In any case, tricyclic antidepressants are known to lower sex drive but they will not lower your overall testosterone levels. Once you're off of the drug your sex drive will return.

Visceral abd pain can be related to stress and anxiety in some cases, which is why he prescribed you the TCA. Lyrica won't cause any decrease in sex drive, it's mainly for neuropathic pain. I'm not in the business of giving out medical advice online, but if you stop the TCA you'll sex drive will return in a couple weeks or so once it clears your system.
