It's the apocalypse. You can pick whichever kind. You find a community with walls, food, water, power and such. They only allow in people who can contribute to the community with some kind of skill. It's early in the apocalypse, you wouldn't have time to learn any new skills.
What would your role be in that community? Would you even be allowed in?

I can perform first aid and am a licensed bow hunter. I can dress an animal and cook. I know how to tan leather and can sew. I also know how to build basic shelters and understand primitive construction. I'm also decently fit.
I have no interest in making women happy though, so they can fuck off. Also I doubt I'd fit in, so probably I wouldn't fit socially even with survivalist skills.

I pick the mild radioactive post-apocalypse.
Also, I'd be the gun guy, because I live in a metropolitan city that leans heavily to the left. I'm one of the few firearms enthusiasts around.
