I've had a few. In my experience, it's kind of a race to see who develops feelings first.

If she does and you don't, it gets weird and you break it off. This has happened 3 times for me.

It won't matter much as long as you are good with words. If she actually falls for you after a while (and chances are she will), you will have to cut her lightly.
